Following the collapse of a portion of the escarpment in front of a retaining wall placed between the building and the escarpment, some works will be built to restore safe conditions for usability of the building and as a guarantee to avoid further setbacks. Analysis of the static situation of the building considering possible deformation scenarios of the foundation soils following the consolidation works of the rock.
