The Province of Terni has assigned to Alhambra the safety assessment. The structure, built around 1970, has 5 spans of 38 meters with a deck in post-tensioned prestressed beams and is of particular interest as it is on the corridor used for the transport of exceptional loads from the Terni steelworks. Using a by-bridge, experimental on site investigations have been launched, planned in exhaustive numbers, to reach the maximum level of knowledge. Alongside the organization of the tests, the day was also partly dedicated to discovering the naturalistic beauty of the place.
